Once the radio parts have cooled they are placed on a painting rack. Paint is then mixed to customer specifications and the radio parts are spray painted on racks in a traditional paint booth. In some instances the radio parts do not need painting because we mix color into the plastic resin during the molding process. Once the radio parts are dried they are counted, inspected for quality and placed in bags for use in the assembly line.
